We are looking for SeniorLearning and Development Executive position with strong training skills for the back office (focus back office).
1. Building and developing training programs: - Building and developing the learning path of the system-wide personnel according to the career development roadmap. - Build and develop a system of learning materials & training materials according to the training program framework. - Support training and development managers in building training and development tools (building training modules, training roadmaps for key positions at Back Office, development roadmaps, and talent development…) - Developing E-Learning training platform. 2. Organizing, implementing, and supporting the implementation of Training programs: - Collecting and synthesizing training needs of departments. - Finding and implementing cooperation with internal and external training partners. - Prepare and ensure logistics for the organization of internal and external training courses. - Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of human resource development activities. - Track training effectiveness, employee training, and development roadmap. - Direct participation in some training courses (integration…) 3. Building and managing a system of learning materials and student data: - Manage the company's online learning environment. - Build a report to record the student's learning path (online & offline) - Develop a report to record the training activities of internal trainers. - Building a system to record and manage students' learning results. - Make monthly/quarterly/yearly training reports. - Other duties as required and assigned by direct manager.

- Experience from 3 - 5 years in the position of Training, Coaching in the internal corporate environment. - Degree: University, majoring in Human Resource Management, Labor - Social Affairs, Business Administration, Foreign Language... - Positive attitude, an open mind, and willing to learn. - English: communication (TOEIC 500, IELTS 5.5) - Computer: Word, Excel, PowerPoint… - High-pressure resistance. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to self-motivate. - Good presentation skills.
