An Assistant Security Manager supports the Chief Security in directing and coordinating all security operations to ensure a safe environment for Guests, Team Members, and property. The role assists in supervising security personnel, implementing safety and emergency procedures, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

CORE COMPETENCIES/ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the Chief Security in managing daily security operations.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Security Supervisors and Team Members.

- Organize and monitor patrols of all boundary areas, guest rooms, offices, storage areas, public areas, and function rooms.

- Maintain high visibility across the property to ensure safety standards.

- Prepare and review incident reports and investigation records.

- Follow up on maintenance deficiencies and hazard issues to ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with local fire, health, and safety regulations.

- Support implementation of fire, emergency, and security procedures.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and monitor key control systems.

- Ensure adherence to company security policies and emergency standards.

- Perform duties in the absence of the Chief Security as assigned.

• 4+ years of management or supervisory experience

• Knowledge of departmental and hotel operations

• Knowledge of computers and training techniques

• Good communication skills, fluent in Vietnamese

• Ability to read, write, and speak English language to communicate effectively

• Knowledge of various computer programs, such as Word and Excel

• Creative and innovative approach to problem solving

• Methodical and well organized

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational, planning and analytic skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Have Firefighting qualification
