Mô tả Công việc JOB SUMMARY Take care of Quality team's administration tasks (this job requires daily working with HR, ER, IT, Purchasing, Accounting teams) KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administration task: assign work shifts, timekeeping, meal booking. Purchasing task: plan to buy consumables and tools, both domestic and international. Shipping tasks: Coordinate with the customs team to receive and send packages abroad (USA, PRC) (RE Team only). Manage records and documents. Take care of travel, business trip, and visitor issues. Work closely with HR, ER, IT, Purchasing and Accounting departments. Other tasks based on actual demand.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc College and above. Major in Business Administration, Economy, or other related subjects. Minimum 1 year experience Basic in English skill Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work. Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking. Attention to details and problem-solving skills. Helpful and friendly demeanor. Ability to stay calm under pressure Be able to work at District 9 Saigon High-Tech Park (HCMC) from 2024.
