We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our talented team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is ideal for driven professionals who thrive on collaboration and have a passion for building impactful products. YOUR EXCITING TASKS

• Define project requirements, establish work schedules, and delegate tasks effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Drive and execute engineering goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, and product managers, following Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Serve as both a highly technical expert and an effective people manager, being a subject matter authority in your product domain.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to ensure high-quality project completion while proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of key components for current and future frameworks.
• Regularly analyze operations, stay informed on industry trends, and schedule training sessions or meetings to discuss and implement improvements.
• Maintain and update project timelines, troubleshoot as needed, and ensure development aligns with the technology road-map.
• Foster a transparent, open environment, motivating and empowering the team to continuously deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
• Create a safe space for team members to ask questions, voice concerns, and celebrate both challenges and successes.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js) for developing scalable applications.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure for deployment, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Skilled in designing micro-services and efficient system architectures.
• Excellent in diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in working in an international environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in communicating in the English language (B2+).
• Open to relocate (if you are currently not in Vietnam).
