Being trained and taking responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and engaging potential partners and suppliers to support our business development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Will work closely with the Business Development, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Training Domain And Working Area
Supplier Identification and Evaluation Research and identify potential suppliers and partners that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
Develop and maintain a database of qualified suppliers.
Strategic Sourcing
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that support business development goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing needs and requirements.English Level 750 or equivalent
Good in communication
Have Experience in lead sourcing or other similar job is bonusAttractive at least 13 months salary/year and other bonuses (revenue bonus, project bonus...)
