Estimate and establish cost and budget parameters for purchases.
Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate agreement terms and prices.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Inspect and review products and supplies to ensure quality quantity.
Enter order details (e.g. Supplier, quantity, price) into the internal database.
Collaborate with members of the accounting department on contracts and invoices applications and other financial matters.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
Coordinate with team members, supervisors and managers purchasing to develop future purchasing plans and create Potential relationships with suppliers.
Attend trade shows to stay updated on new trends in the industry.Graduated from College or higher in related majors.
Have at least 1 - 2 years of Purchasing experience in the F&B and Retail industry or related fields.
