1. Implementation and Management of Marketing Strategies
- Implement brand and marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Create content strategies, including blogs, social media, and other communication platforms.
- Plan and execute media strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines for marketing campaigns.
2. Sales Support and Collateral Development:
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and materials to support their efforts, including sales kits, product samples, and customer gifts.
- Create and manage media kits and other promotional materials to enhance the company's visual identity.
- Ensure all marketing materials and sales tools are up-to-date and consistent with the brand.
3. Management and Development of Communication Channels:
- Develop and manage the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Oversee social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize engagement and reach.
- Coordinate PR bookings and manage relations with media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
4. Direct Marketing and Customer Interaction
- Support to organize and participate in events, trade shows, exhibition, seminar, workshop, and other promotional activities.
- Execute and manage distributor programs to ensure effective market penetration.
- Execute direct marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture leads generated from marketing campaigns and marketing channel to drive sales growth.
- Implement marketing programs aimed at strategic partners and key customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to improve marketing strategies and customer experiences.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related field;
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B/RETAIL marketing and sales support, with a focus on strategy implementation and campaign management.
- Experience with content creation required, familiarity with social media platforms;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Skills/ Personalities
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe…) is a plus.
