- Research, analyze, indicate the legal risks, and advise the Department on legal issues related to the Company's operation
- Assist in developing and promulgating a system of contract templates, in charge of reviewing all contracts of the Company in high standard and bilingual (English & Vietnamese)
- Supervise, train, and manage a team of junior colleagues to ensure daily operation tasks are delivered promptly and efficiently
- Consult, implement, and/or manage legal procedures for Company license, including Intellectual property registration, establishment/restructuring of companies, and investment
- Update with the new relevant regulations and systematize and update legal documents related to the Company's business activities. Timely dissemination of newly issued legal documents and policies to the Department
- Provide legal advisory, system of policies built-up, and assist with the corporate compliance requirements and business cases/issues to manage and reduce the compliance risk or avoid costly litigation
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

- Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Law – preferred to have the Lawyer Practicing license
- Recommended number of years of experience: at least seven (7) years in the legal field and two (2) years in the same position, preferably in the role of in-house legal counsel, expertise in e-commerce/FMCG/advertising service companies
- A good understanding of corporate business regarding major regulations of data protection, promotion activities will be preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that confidential data is handled in a sensitive manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, good time management, organization skills and teamwork
- Solution-based thinking and good problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Good command in English
