MAIN ROLES
- To review all purchase/ payment/ advance requests from all departments, review all records in general ledger, and make/ review all closing entries to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and the compliance with legal regulations. To prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly Statement of Income & the Statement of Balance Sheet (VAS and IFRS form)
- Make reports as requested by FC and DOF.
- Make quarterly consolidated package report for Head Quarter in Korea. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Plan, assign and review staff’s work
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- To have a complete understanding of the Hotel Employee Handbook and adhere to the regulations contained therein.
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

- Maintain a close, cooperative relationship with other departments to guarantee effective communication.
- Implement and coordinate cooperation as a supporting department for business operation.
- Motivate staff about work by establishing equal opportunities, including education.

- Manage and maintain smooth work cooperation and support system with organizations concerned in government relations activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field. Good knowledge of VAS and IFRS
- Experience: 3 years in hotel accounting or auditing experience including management experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Credentials: Working Experience in 5 Star Hotel preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that affects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP system
- Familiar with tax regulations and relevant laws
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good English reading, writing, speaking skills
