Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness.
Manage training budget.
Building & tracking training matrix.
Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Maintain management system: SA8000/ ISO14001/ ISO45001.
Building and monitoring CSR Activity

Experience in the HR field is preferred.
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social insurance, and income tax issues in Vietnam.
Preferably experience in an international environment/organization.
Knowledge about IATF 16949 is preferred.
Know international standards.
