Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate closely with Marketing division to identify, plan and prioritize product feature development, in order to provide the leading marketing performance for top brand advertisers across South East Asia
Define feature road-map and growth opportunities
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with VP of Product to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product components
Follow our competitors and the industry
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsWho we look for - the ideal profile:
Fluent in English
Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software or ecommerce company for 3+ year(s).
Deep understanding of Agile process and principles
Strong ability to define complex roadmap and oversee timely and successful implementation
Good communication, presentation skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to details
Experience with Jira/Confluence
Good to have:
Experience in digital marketing automation
Experience in e-commerce, leading a product line or delivering/managing a software project is a big plus
Understanding of marketing ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Lazada, Shopee)
