Objectives

We are looking for a razor-sharp data solution manager to build data solutions/use cases for marketing activities to enhance and maximize business impact, strongly leveraging AI where possible. Your focus will be on empowering teams with data solutions enabling them to enhance PMAX marketing solutions.

Job Description

Product strategy, P&L management, people management

Develop solution strategy (at corporate and business level) and coordinate with operation teams to implement solution strategy.
Plan and manage performance to maximize P&L of the solution
Mentor and guide data solution team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Maintain and upgrade management system in order to plan, monitor/keep track of your team performance and provide action plan to achieve these KPI

Product Development:

Identify potential data use cases in marketing activities and work with other departments to validate and prioritize them
Develop and build data products tailored to various verticals and solutions such as e-commerce, lead generation, and branding.
Continuously update data trends, updates from the market to apply them to PMAX and integrate into PMAX solutions
Understand recent developments in the AI space, and actively leverage AI & technology in developing Data Solutions with a differentiator

Provide training/ sharing session in order to distribute validated use-cases to operation team (internal products)
Work closely with Growth team to implement GTM activities to build brand awareness and acquire clients for data products

Product Operation

Proactively make suggestions, next step with clients to improve performance with data solutions
Representative of PMAX when it comes to data solution
Lead or QC your data team member’s work
Work with other stakeholders such as account/media/strategy/planner/creative in order to convince and align on direction/next steps of project (data solution)

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Must have

3+ years of experience in data, consulting, analytics or a related function involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems.
Deep analytical mindset and capability of finding efficient solutions independently.
Technical expertise regarding data statistics, data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experienced with Statistical Modeling (e.g. Regression, Hypothesis Testing – Annova T Test…)
Experience with data visualization tools.
Excellent problem-solving, and research skills.
Effective communication skills.
1+ years of people management experience

Good to have

Have experience in product development
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing.
Familiar with MarTech platforms/solutions such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Insider,…
