Objectives

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment support, employer branding activities, and internal training coordination. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is ready to contribute to building a strong and engaging employee experience. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and development initiatives.

Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive (50%):

• Support to conduct full talent acquisition process and ensure quality assessment, candidate experience through posting, researching/hunting, profile screening, interviewing, as well as keeping updated with candidates and Hiring Manager to get jobs done
• Align with the Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs: personnel needs, job duties, competencies, priority, ideal profile,…
• Define effective recruitment channel for attracting potential talent pool to optimize and foster recruitment efficiency
• Manage career sites and make sure all vacancies are updated on time
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
  
  

Learning and Development (50%):

• Joining in all stages of the learning process (needs analysis, implementation planning, and effectiveness evaluation).
• Designing learning materials and media graphics (slides, guidelines, images, videos)
• Developing learning contents (outlines, lesson plans)
• Recording and editing videos for online courses.
• Supporting the operation of the E-learning system;
• Operating learning policies and managing database
• Supporting other tasks when required
  
  

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

• Fresh graduate or 3/4th-year students, minimum part-time/full-time 3-month or 6-month internship
• Lifelong Learner who is engaged in the “ongoing, voluntary, and self-motivated” pursuit of learning and development.
• Being well-organized and detail oriented.
• Strong designing, editing videos and creating content
• Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in required
• A commitment of a minimum of 24 hours per week at work onsite
