OBJECTIVES
We are looking for an experienced Partnership & Purchasing Manager for Partnership team with knowledge in digital marketing, experience in client/partner leadership and aiming to formulate & generate partner/supplier strategy including partnership, purchasing and trading to:
Increase capability of PMAX to provide total performance marketing solutions to clients
Optimize the profitability for PMAX
Contribute to the growth of PMAX

JOB DESCRIPTION
Partnership development & Stakeholder management:
Establish a systematic process for partner/vendor outreach and relationship management.
Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners in order to enhance PMAX capability and profitability.
Work with other internal teams to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
Work in liaison with the sales, marketing team and Front Office teams (Media, Strategy, Creative, Ecommerce) to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
Buid, implement and follow up JBP plan with each partner from performance (volume), product development/adoption, co-marketing activities, … 
Media Buying:
Work with project teams (Account, Media, Strategy, Creative, Ecommerce) and Finance & Accounting team to plan and manage budget, purchasing orders and cash flow.
Manage vendor relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc in order to optimize for profitability.
Manage daily operations including purchasing process, supplier database maintenance, purchase records, and related documentation.
Develop and implement trading strategies including: package the product, build the pipeline, drive performance… 
Work closely with other teams to maintain daily operation from onboarding, monitoring to closing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have
At least 1 year experience as Media Buying Manager/Partnership Manager/Account Manager or relevant roles as management level.
Good at project management, stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Vietnamese and English - IELTS 6.5 or relevant.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, data analysis and negotiation skills.
Proven ability towards constructive networking.
You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
Good to have
Experienced in Marketing field, especially agencies side
Supervisory and management experience.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
