Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to build the financial logic behind our growth decisions.

This role goes beyond reporting. You will develop financial models and decision frameworks to support pricing, promotion, and inventory management — ensuring the business grows sustainably with strong margin and healthy cash flow.

You will play a key role in:

• Driving data-backed commercial decisions
• Managing inventory from a cash and profitability perspective
• Reducing ad-hoc decision making
• Moving toward rule-based and automated commercial operations

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

FP&A & Cash Analytics

• Support rolling forecasts for revenue, gross margin, inventory, and cash
• Track performance vs. forecast and analyze key variances
• Model financial impact of promotion plans and inventory decisions
• Support working capital management and cash runway monitoring

Commercial & Trade Analytics

• Evaluate promotion effectiveness (ROI, contribution margin, payback)
• Analyze pricing strategy, bundles, and markdown scenarios
• Assess performance by channel (Marketplace, D2C, Wholesale/Retail)
• Recommend financial thresholds and guardrails for trade decisions

Inventory & Working Capital Analysis

• Analyze inventory aging, sell-through, and stock health
• Identify slow-moving risks and recommend actions (markdown, bundle, channel shift)
• Track impact on margin and cash recovery
• Support development of inventory guardrails (DOH, reorder logic)

System & Automation Enablement

• Translate financial logic into clear rules for system/tech implementation
• Standardize decision frameworks to reduce manual and ad-hoc processes
• Document financial assumptions, logic, and playbooks for business teams

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business/Financial Analysis
• Experience partnering with Commercial, Sales, Trade, or Operations teams
• Exposure to FMCG, Retail, Beauty, DTC, or E-commerce is a strong advantage

Core capabilities (must have)

• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Solid understanding of unit economics (GM, contribution margin, trade impact)
• Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Business-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally

Nice-to-have (Can be developed)

• Understanding of trade mechanics (discounts, bundles, markdown)
• Exposure to inventory planning or working capital management
• Knowledge of marketplace dynamics (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Experience with ERP, BI tools, or automation initiatives
