Role Description

This is a full-time Business Unit Manager role based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the business unit's performance, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the team meets targets and objectives. This is an on-site role that requires leadership and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in experiential marketing, field force management
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive performance and meet business objectives
• Knowledge of data-driven marketing and sales techniques
• Experience working with global Fortune 500 clients is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
