- Build up and manage compensation & benefits policies, procedures and processes.
- Manage all tasks and activities related to C&B (timekeeping, salary calculation and payment, annual leave, retirement, promotion & demotion).
- Ensure compensation and benefits comply with the current Vietnam labor law and client’s requirements.
- Be in-charge of labor cost forecast in order to propose an effective compensation packages and bonus programs for the company and other Entities.
- Compensation Structure Comparison and designing support for other Entities
- NCF Labor, Overhead related Report
- Be in-charge of data analysis/ consolidation and reports.
- Performance & HR KPI Management
