We are seeking Event Executive to:

• Plan, organize, and execute customer conferences, training programs, and sales kick-off events to strengthen relationships with partners and customers while promoting Vietmap’s products and services.
• Ensure that all events are conducted professionally, on schedule, and achieve objectives related to brand image, communication effectiveness, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Organization:
• Develop detailed event plans as requested by management, including analyzing objectives, identifying target audiences, setting budgets, and establishing timelines.
• Create comprehensive plans (timeline, budget, personnel, partners) tailored to specific customer, agent, or partner groups.
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Sales, Technical) to implement event plans.
• Propose creative ideas aligned with brand objectives and direction.
2. Coordination and Pre-Event Preparation:
• Source and coordinate with service providers: venues, sound, lighting, decorations, equipment.
• Work with internal teams (design, media, HR) to prepare event materials and content (presentation slides, brochures, gifts).
• Prepare guest lists, send invitations, and follow up on attendance confirmations.
• Inspect and supervise setup and arrangement of the event space before the event begins.
• Ensure the event is effectively communicated to the right audience.
3. Event Execution and Management:
• Coordinate and oversee all activities during the event to ensure they follow the planned schedule and objectives.
• Manage event personnel, including MCs, PGs, technicians, and service providers.
• Support key activities: welcoming guests, checking presentation equipment, supervising training sessions or product demonstrations.
4. Post-Event Activities:
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to evaluate the event‘s effectiveness.
• Prepare post-event reports, including budget summaries, communication results, and recommendations for future events.
• Manage promotional materials and related documentation.
5. Training Support:
• Plan and implement training programs for agents, partners, and customers regarding VietMap’s products and services.
• Prepare training materials and collaborate with the Product Marketing team to conduct technical or sales training sessions.
• Ensure training sessions are effective and help participants gain a thorough understanding of VietMap’s products and services.
6. Other Duties as Assigned:
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams in developing strategies to grow the dealer and partner network.
• Perform other event-related tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Event & Activation. Experience in the automotive or technology industries is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to plan, present, manage time, solve problems, and build relationships with dealers and partners.
• Professional event organization skills, with flexibility and creativity in handling situations. Ability to create detailed checklists for assigned projects.
• Knowledge of event organization processes, budget management, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
• Able to work under pressure, travel, and work overtime as required. Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
