Job Description
What will you work on?
Carry out full product development activities and provide engineering support at vendors for engineering builds and debug to meet the product specifications, cost and schedule.
How will you create impact?
- Support and grow our RC/Robotics/Boys/Activities/Games/Girls Preschool business.
- To work with vendors and Headquarter on the product design to hit the target cost.
- Handle the consigned material and special components sourcing and cost negotiation.
- Assist sourcing, MOQ and cost negotiation on new material.
- Provide technical support and debug as needed.
- Provide support to the internal group on any production output issues and material authorization review.
- Monitor the schedule and on-site support from development start to OBS.
- Provide manufacturing support as needed after Production Start.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical /Electrical Engineering or related discipline;
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in the toy industry or consumer electronics products and handled project independently for at least 5 years;
- Multi-national company experience is a must;
- Has knowledge in toy industry standards for different age group;
- Able to review 3D models and provide design input thru DFMEA/DFM/DFA;
- Understand injection molding tool construction and molding parameters;
- Able to troubleshoot injection molding defects and provide corrective actions;
- Understand surface decoration like spray painting, tampo printing, heat transfer;
- Understand assembly process like ultrasonic welding, gluing, heat staking;
- Possesses strong troubleshooting skill and familiar with Fishbone Diagram, 5 WHY analysis, Defect Mapping, DOE analysis;
- Ability to provide risk assessment and mitigation plan;
- Very hands on and data driven;
- Strong project management skill and communication skill;
- Able to conduct and chair meeting thru Zoom or video conference;
- Able to transform vision into clear strategy, goal and objectives;
- Familiar with licensed product process and approval;
- Able to work from concept drawing through development until production;
- Possesses superior problem-solving skills, and independent decision-making abilities, all while operating in an extremely demanding, fast-paced team setting;
- Has knowledge in the toys industry standards for different countries;
- Communications skills in English is a must and Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

Công ty cổ phần INNOTEK được thành lập ngày 23 tháng 5 năm 2011 với vốn điều lệ: 6.000.000 USD. Nhà máy INNOTEK được xây dựng tại KCN Quế Võ II, tỉnh Bắc Ninh và bắt đầu sản xuất tháng 01 năm 2012.
● Nhận thấy nhu cầu nội địa hóa và hưởng ứng chủ trương khuyến khích phát triển ngành sản xuất linh kiện phụ tùng ô tô-xe máy và ngành công nghiệp phụ trợ của Chính Phủ. INNOTEK được thành lập và phát triển như một nhà tiên phong trong việc cam kết cung cấp các sản phẩm có chất lượng tốt nhất, giá cả hợp lý nhất phục vụ cho các công ty trong nước và xuất khẩu.
● Qua hơn 12 năm hình thành và phát triển, INNOTEK đã và đang là đối tác tin cậy của các công ty hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực sản xuất ô tô-xe máy và các ngành công nghiệp phụ trợ ,cơ khí xây dựng, máy nông nghiệp, ngành thực phẩm....
● Với phương châm luôn đáp ứng tốt nhất mọi yêu cầu và làm thỏa mãn khách hàng, INNOTEK đã đầu tư các dây chuyền máy móc mới nhập khẩu hoàn toàn từ Nhật Bản, Đài Loan như các máy dập SEYI từ 25 tấn đến 300 tấn có bộ cấp phôi tự động, các Robot hàn tiên tiến của hãng Yaskawa, OTC, máy uốn dây CNC, máy tiện CNC... cùng đội ngũ cán bộ công nhân viên có tay nghề cao, đam mê với công việc. Vì thế, INNOTEK có thể đáp ứng được những đơn hàng có yêu cầu khắt khe về kỹ thuật, chất lượng sản phẩm cũng như các đơn hàng có số lượng lớn.
● INNOTEK luôn xác định chất lượng là sự sống còn của doanh nghiệp, vì thế bên cạnh những thiết bị đo cần thiết như thước đo cao, thước cặp... công ty chúng tôi còn trang bị máy đo 3 chiều Faro được nhập khẩu từ Mỹ, máy soi kính hiển vi Mitutoyo, máy đo độ cứng, máy kéo nén, máy phun muối để có thể kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm tốt nhất trước khi giao tới khách hàng.
● Ngoài ra, để đáp ứng cho việc thiết kế, chế tạo và sửa chữa khuôn gá, INNOTEK cũng đã đầu tư mua máy móc trang thiết bị tiên tiến nhất như máy cắt dây, trung tâm gia công phay CNC, các loại máy mài, máy phay vạn năng, tiện vạn năng, máy cưa, máy khoan, taro... nhằm duy trì ổn định quá trình sản xuất cũng như khắc phục sự cố một cách nhanh chóng nhất, đáp ứng tiến độ cho khách hàng.
● Năm 2019, INNOTEK đã được đánh giá và cấp chứng chỉ hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9001:2015 và hệ thống quản lý môi trường ISO14001:2015 của tổ chức chứng nhận Tuv nord, một tổ chức chứng nhận hàng đầu thế giới.
