Strategic sourcing
Strategic sourcing
- Execute and improve procurement processes to support for further improvement on sustainable and effective business growth, including vendor sourcing, vendor assessment and selection, to contracting, purchasing and payments
- Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
- Ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to business’s requirements
- Maintain strong and regular communication with all suppliers
- Proactively collaborate with suppliers to make them partnership together to develop strategy for long-term relationship and getting more benefits to support sustainable business growth.
- Maintain satisfactory and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers by conducting business in an ethical and fair manner to create and preserve a favorable company image
- Provide inputs to evaluate supplier performance through audit & KPI and recommend potential supplier rating in accordance with Procurement policy & processes
- Develop long-term sourcing strategy for procurement categories in line with company strategy and supply chain strategy to optimize total spend for the whole Group.
- Proactively collaborate with the Procurement Strategy & Planning team to analyze all current and future requirements, market trends and suppliers’ capability to evaluate opportunities and risks for new sourcing.
- Analyse market data, consumer insights and competitor activities to make informed decisions regarding product selection, assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory management.
- BA of Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business, Foreign Trade
- Min. 03 years in a senior procurement role
- Experience in Warehouse Procurement or supply chain operations in multinational companies is a Plus
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and win hearts & minds whilst delivering on hard targets
- Business Analytics, Analytical Thinking, Presentation
- Negotiation & Problem Solving & Decision Making & Project Management
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask

- Năm 1997 Bắt đầu với tên gọi là Công ty TNHH TMDV Sao Nam. Phân phối độc quyền máy in, máy đánh chữ, máy fax hiệu Brother; máy photocopy hiệu Minolta
- Năm 2000 Mở rộng phân phối độc quyền máy chiếu hiệu Sanyo
- Năm 2004 Đổi tên công ty thành Công ty TNHH TMDV Sao Nam An.
- Năm 2005 Mở rộng sang lĩnh vực an ninh với nhà phân phối độc quyền hệ thống camera quan sát hiệu Sanyo
- Năm 2010 Chính thức trở thành nhà phân phối máy chiếu, camera quan sát Panasonic sau khi hợp nhất với Sanyo
- Năm 2017 Tập trung mở rộng kinh doanh sang hệ thống điện nhẹ (ELV) như: kiểm soát ra vào, báo cháy, .v.v.
- Năm 2019 Trở thành công ty 100% có vốn đầu tư Nhật Bản sau khi hợp nhất với công ty SunTelephone (là một thành viên của công ty Nitto Kogyo Corporation)
- Năm 2021 Mở rộng hơn nữa về hệ thống mạng như mạng không dây hiệu Siklu, hệ thống mạng hiệu KPN, ...
- Năm 2023 * Trở thành Nhà phân phối Honeywell tại Việt Nam. * Chính thức trở thành Nhà phân phối cáp mạng, phụ kiện & thiết bị của hãng R&M (Thụy Sĩ)
