Directly draft administrative documents related to the functions and tasks of the project and other documents related to the implementation of contracts and projects (in Chinese)

Store and manage records, contracts, bidding documents, completion documents and other documents related to the Company's contracts and projects (in Chinese/English)

Monitor the items under construction and related arising work.

Monitor and report on the budget and expenditure of each project.

Prepare payment requests and monitor payment, finalize construction documents, and resolve arising procedures for suppliers related to project items.

Collect, analyze, and evaluate information/legal regulations related to Project Legal procedures, etc. Report to the Block Leader and provide to relevant Units/departments.

Arrange regular/arrange meetings according to work requirements and summarize work reports.

Manage, arrange and monitor all files/documents of the Project Management Block (Administrative Documents, Design and Construction Consulting Contracts, Bidding Contracts, etc.)

Actively coordinate with relevant Departments in the Company to resolve outstanding debts and settle contracts with customers.

Receive, check and review payment records of the Company's contractors and subcontractors

Support the Construction Engineering Department with administrative issues, documents and forms.

And other tasks as required by the BOD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Gender: Male
Graduated from universities in the fields of construction, civil engineering, languages
- Have at least 02 years of experience working in architectural, construction, renewable energy, real estate companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Chinese HSK5 or higher: proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Have skills in drafting documents, contracts, checking payment records, QA-QC, unit prices...
- Communicate quickly, logically, persuasively.
- Proactive and highly responsible in work.
- Good planning, reporting, discussion and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure, work honestly, enthusiastically and have a high sense of responsibility in work
- Good English skills are an advantage.
