Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, acquire, and maintain a strong customer base.
• Develop and expand business opportunities for import and export freight forwarding services between Vietnam and international destinations.
• Provide detailed information about agents to customers and detailed information about shipment details to agents.
• Track shipments from the moment they are loaded onto ships or aircraft until they arrive at the port or airport.
• Review costs, adjust if necessary, and notify customers of shipments upon receipt of notification from the Documentation department.
• Provide customer support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Transportation, or Economics.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Ocean/Air Freight Sales Representative.
• Experience in customer service; ability to negotiate with customers and subcontractors.
• Dynamic, creative, and eager to learn.

Working Hours:

• (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Monday - Thursday and (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Friday
