• Create and maintain the packaging BOM, issue SER, packing method etc documents
• Develop packaging plans and coordinate tasks in a systematic way.
• Monitor work progress and make adjustment in minimizing design deviation.
• Coordinate with Engineering & QA to complete cross functional tasks.
• Work with marketing , development partners and operational teams worldwide to develop cost effective packaging solutions in end user satisfaction and manufacturing efficiency.
• To meet milestones for packaging design development, qualification and flawless program execution.
• Work with testing partners to meet or exceed packaging targets including design, cost, quality and schedule.
• To support activities to drive cost out of packaging through design, materials, assembly and logistics optimization.
• Introduce into the new packaging technology, improve the corporate brand image.
• Work with manufacturing sites, packaging vendors and procurement team to support activities to drive cost out of packaging through design, materials, assembly and logistics optimization.
• Simplify the procedure of packaging to speed up the new product development.
• Work with graphic desiger to complete packaging artwork and maintain the packing BOM.
• Work with testing team to verify design structure.
• Work with marketing to provide total packaging solution.
• Work with PIE, Production and engineers.
• Working location: Tan Phu Trung IP, Cu Chi
