This position requires a strong strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of health and education programs, manage resources, build partnerships, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health and education programs. Monitor program budgets, expenditures, and performance indicators. Ensure the timely and quality delivery of program activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders. 2. Operations Management: · Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including HR, finance, and logistics. · Develop and implement efficient operational systems and procedures. · Oversee procurement and supply chain management. · Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and donor requirements. 3. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts. Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to donors and management. 4. Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of staff. Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. 5. Grant Management: Develop and manage grant proposals. Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements. Maintain strong relationships with donors. 6. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with partners to achieve shared goals. 7. Representation: Represent the organization at relevant meetings, conferences, and events. Build and maintain positive relationships with the community.
