1. Full Cycle Recruitment Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans. 2. Sourcing and Networking Utilize various channels to source and attract top-tier IT talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities. 3. Candidate Scanning & Evaluation Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and qualifications. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers. 4. Collaboration and Communication Regularly communicate with the Recruitment team and Hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes. 5. Employer Branding Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives with the EB team to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the IT industry. 6. Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the candidate bank to ensure compliance and facilitate effective reporting. 7. Report to the People ManagerMinimum of 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in a corporate or agency setting. Strong understanding of current trends and technologies in the IT industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems - Candidate Bank and other recruitment tools.
