We are looking for a full-stack web developer to join our team with NodeJS/ReactJS experience and a strong background in API design, databases, performance, scalability, security, etc.

What You'll Be Doing
- Working on Web and Mobile products for diverse clients and industries
- Working and pair programming with other developers to build applications with Python/Node.js and ReactJS
- Designing & implementing back-end API using Python/Node.JS
- Working with Product Owners to convert business requirements into technical designs
- Cooperating with UI designers to implement modern minimalist designs into production
- Applying proven technologies and best practices to level up your technical skills: NestJS, Redux
- Learning new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment
- Support other team initiatives: working on proposals, kicking off new projects, mentoring
Must have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with backend software development is required, preferably with Node.JS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with frontend software development is required, preferably with ReactJS or similar software such as Svelte, VueJS, or AngularJS
- Relevant knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server is required
- Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies such as Test-Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration
- Experience with Agile Process and Scrum Methodologies
- Experience leading project teams throughout the project life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with serverless architecture, e.g., AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Function, etc
- Experience with security, performance, and scalability
- Experience with NoSQL and Message Queue
- Three days remote every week and four full remote weeks per year
