Position: Facility Management Leader - Restaurant/Hotel

- Working location: Văn Giang, Hung Yen
- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～28,000,000VND
Responsibility
Be responsible for managing the facilities. Each facility department has a person in charge.
Main duties include staff management, training, dissemination of manuals, shift creation, and recruitment, etc.
・Responding in case a problem occurs at the facility
・Responding to emergencies and dealing with vendors when problems occurred with equipment.
・Building relationships with the management company and people involved in the operation of the eco-park.
・Creating operations for facility management

Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 45 years old
・Language: English - Intermediate
・Experience: More than 3 years of management experience and 5 years of experience in facility management (hotel, resort facility, shopping moal etc.).
<Preferable skill / Experience>
・Experience managing hot springs, swimming pools, and spa facilities
・Technical knowledge of equipment.
・Can communicate in Japanese or English at Business level
