• Manage the bar to meet or exceed standards in drink quality, excellent service and cleanliness.
• To assist in the planning and other operational practices required when putting on special events: wine tasting, festive season, new year eve,…
• Identify and delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
• To assist the F&B Operations Manager maximizing profit by contributing ideas for increasing sales, controlling costs and making efficiency gains and implementing agreed action plans.
• Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices.
• Follow the Restaurant, Bar policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security.
• Other tasks will be assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
- Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient Management skills.
- Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
