KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Management:

• Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop teams and staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Sales & Performance:

• Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for each store within the area.

Customer Service & Experience:

• Ensure exceptional customer service across all stores.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and enhance the customer experience to build brand loyalty and satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention.
• Ensure stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Manage store budgets and control operational costs to maximize profitability.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve store performance and market presence.
• Implement company initiatives and programs effectively within the area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a team leader (store supervisor or manager) in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
