· Receiving PO and forecast from customers.

· Control the shipment schedule and cooperate with planners to have a suitable plan.

· Working with customer to confirm the shipping schedule.

· Following schedule and result of production and shipment.

· Keep up with current sales trends.

· Controlling finish goods inventory.

· Prepare the contract, quotation to send to customer.

· Resolving customer complaints and concerns.

· Prepare monthly and weekly reports about the shipment and sale result to the Head of Group.

· Comply with labor safety process and company regulations.

· Contribute kaizen ideas about inventory and production control.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·         Education: University/ College

·         Language: English communication and writing.

·         Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

·         Have knowledge of production control and planning operations and at least 01 year of experience as planning staff.

·         Have good analytical, strategic thinking, time management skills.

·         Be capable of handling multi-tasks, prioritizing and working with accuracy and attention to detail.

·         Be capable of working well with management and staff at all levels.

·         Can commute by motorbike to work.
