What is your mission?
As a Sales Specialist in Digital Marketing, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.
- Engage with customers through telephone-based sales techniques to respond to their support inquiries aligning with established training, standards, and policies
- Provide expert diagnosis, resolution, and issue tracking for end users based on guidelines, documentation, and scripts
- Act as a trusted consultant to guide customers in onboarding, developing, and optimizing advertising campaigns through telephone-based marketing
- Identify and understand customer needs and objectives through consultative sales interactions
- Take responsibility for driving increased ad spend, upselling, and ensuring the sustainability of customer accounts
- Manage a high volume of potential clients to meet sales targets and objectives
Who are we looking for?
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field; for Diplomas' you should have at least 5 years of full-time experience
- At least 02 years of full-time experience in sales and/or Digital Marketing
- Is analytical and has a logical mindset
- Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
- Works in an organized and structured manner
- Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs
- Speaks native Vietnamese, good at English
