MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and lead the team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Supervise the operations of team leaders/staff to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures, and address any issues or discrepancies when needed in the project.
- Plan and coordinate all daily, weekly, and scheduled activities for the entire Operations team. Analyze processes and results based on the business requirements of the company and customer demands.
- Responsible for reporting operational performance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Continuously update and report actions/solutions/results for each service metric to the management team in a timely manner.
- Participate in strategic planning and setting project goals according to the partner's KPI standards and provide detailed reports to management.
- Handle tasks assigned by management.
AUTHORITY
- Access to system applications and tools necessary for the work of the telephonist.
- Authorized to access system accounts.
- Able to communicate directly with partners about operational work.
- Can propose operational requirements or adjustments to management during the course of operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in direct sales or telesales.
- Experience in a Supervisor or similar role.
- Preference for Northern Vietnamese accent.
- Strong management skills.
- Analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and precision.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of sales operations, processes, and controls, and/or Call Center operations.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
