Product Marketing Team leader will be responsible for engaging in the product development process from a Marketing perspective to deliver impact to end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and execute marketing campaign to achieve monthly KPI
- Developing product marketing strategy, CVP and conduct marketing programs to meet the needs of customers.
- Define the target segments for platforms/products.
- React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.
- Conducting reports and analyses across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- Building presentations to influence senior stakeholders with the campaign planning and execution
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization including product, business development, data science, and brand marketing.
- Work with marketing analytics and consumer research teams to drive insight into how consumers are using our platform and translate these insights into innovative campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, handling marketing, promotions, or loyalty programs for a consumer-facing, ideally e-commerce or tech platform company
- Have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing rollout for new campaigns (e.g. product launches, consumer campaigns, merchant campaigns, etc.)
- Fantastic project and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with the entire marketing mix – you have a knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation.
- The ability to use SQL, PowerBI, Data Studio, Excel / Google Sheet is preferable.
