LIKELION Vietnam is seeking a talented and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our team.

• Working type: On-site, Full-time
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 ~ 17:30)
• Location: District 7

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, Content creation to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to optimize marketing activities.
• Plan and manage advertising budgets.
• Develop and oversee content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, KOLs/KOCs, and media partners to execute campaigns effectively.
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and support revenue growth.
• Mentor and support junior marketing team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns and driving business impact.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and branding.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools.
• Creative and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects effectively.
• Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
