Mô tả công việc

Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing, customer service) to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and follow up on pending requests
Maintain and update customer database, sales records, and reports
Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management
Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and communications for the sales team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to meet client demands
Follow up on payment collections and coordinate with the finance team if needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven 5-7 years of experience in a sales support, sales admin, or coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP system
Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
