At least 4-5 YOEs working in HR field with experience in the mentioned tasks
Bachelor's degree in related major
Strong experience in collaboration with Global team
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and practices
Good command of English and Microsoft Office
Familiar with the business scale from 300 to 500 employees
Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Must be approachable, supportive and helpful
Good organization skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Soft skills in dealing with people, suppliers and authorities
Be able to work with multi-tasking, respect deadlines
