By joining our team as a Customer Success Executive, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to free workers from the burden of debt and help them regain control of their financial lives.
What you will do:
1.Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Initial Contact: Connect with customers post-contract to initiate next steps.
- Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular contact and a positive relationship with customers.
2.Ensure Successful Service Implementation
- Guidance: Assist customers during product/service implementation to ensure understanding and effective use.
- Support: Provide support and resolve issues or queries promptly.
3.Optimize Customer Experience
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggest product/service and process improvements.
4.Drive User Conversion and Retention
- Increase Usage: Propose ideas and solutions to increase user adoption.
- Contract Renewal: Ensure high contract renewal rates as per company targets.
5.Analyze and Report
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze data using tools to monitor customer behavior, identify trends, and improvement opportunities.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years of Customer Success or Customer Services or Account Manager
- Basic knowledge in Telecommunications, IT/Banking, Finance; understands and quickly adapts to new IT applications
- Data-driven
- Proficient in English communication, good English comprehension
- A passion for selling solutions that make a tangible difference in people's lives
