Job Definition
- Supervise the Projects Quality team, LAB team, and Customer Quality Engineers (CQE).
- Ensure the quality of new projects, transfer projects, PCNs (Product Change Notifications), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage all customer issues and feedback.

Position Responsibilities
- Supervise the Projects Quality team, LAB team, and customer claims.
- Ensure quality for new projects, transfer projects, PCNs, and improvement activities.
- Manage customer audits, PPAP, QTP, and quality documentation (FMEA, CP, WI).
- Handle customer claims and lead 8D report submissions.
- Coordinate validation, internal audits, and trial runs.
- Oversee supplier quality (PPAP, IMDS, raw materials).
- Support project transfers and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
