Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers to establish purchase agreements. Sourcing activities focus on selecting the right supplier based on business criteria such as cost, quantity, quality, time, location, and long-term cooperation strategy. Cost saving is a key task, not just once a year, but through continuous improvement.

* Position Responsibilities
- Source and propose potential suppliers; manage RFQs, negotiations, and sample validation.
- Track supplier compliance and certifications; maintain records in Vega, SAP, and Zoho.
- Coordinate audits and APQP activities with Quality and SQE teams.
- Prepare and maintain PDCC for material costs; manage mold contracts and purchasing documentation.
- Handle payment submissions, stock management, and ensure IR accuracy.
- Lead cost-saving projects and support business case development.
- Maintain supplier relationships, resolve conflicts, and oversee subcontractor activities.
- Participate in quarterly supplier evaluations and monitor improvement plans.
- Prepare reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Purchasing Supervisor/Manager.
