- To manage Big Korean customer relation with whole scope (IFF, TRK, CC, WH)
- Other tasks followed by superior’s requirements.
- Supporting Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
- Negotiating selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
- Managing and controlling P/L for assigned customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizing/typing/filing skills.
- Can speak English and Korean fluently.
- Troubleshoot issues related to order fulfillment.
- Universities degree, major in logistics, supply chain, or business is preferred.
- Basic skill as a salesperson such as Logistics Specialist.
- At least 1- 3 years logistics experience .
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- At least 1- 3 years sales experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
