Job Highlights:
- Contact with customer to receive customer’s application for credit, fixed deposit. Initiating credit transaction including new, renewal, interest review and settlement. For new credit transactions, doing required checking on supporting docs under local regulations & internal rules
- Control maturity date of credit transactions
- Handle alteration notices from customers on account information
- Support RM to establish and enhance relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Handle unprocessed documents and pending items.
- Handle collecting KYC documents from primary office.
- Handle new account opening for checking documents and communication with relevant party (DPD, COD, KYC).
- Handle inquiries about DPD from customer.
- Support below matters for Japanese customers through Japanese:
- Reply any Japanese base inquiries about operation matter
- Support new account opening documentation for Japanese
- Support for checking KYC Japanese documents
- Handle Japanese base alteration notices from customers on account information.
- At least 1 year experience in banking industry. Having understanding in SBV regulations, banking products preferable.
- Obtain at least N2 Certificate of Japanese – good at both speaking and writing.
- Competent to work on operational support.
- Accuracy and logical thinking. Good time management.
- Team working spirit, cooperative and proactive.
- Multi-tasking, solution-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Good communication and negotiation skill in both English and Vietnamese to work with wide-range of personalities.

Với công nghệ sản xuất tiên tiến, nhân viên có tay nghề thủ công xuất sắc, chúng tôi với tư cách là công ty nội thất One Dream, có phạm vi hoạt động phủ sóng toàn cầu nhờ các showroom tại Bắc Kinh, Trung Quốc – nơi chúng tôi có phòng triển lãm với diện tích 32.800m2 và 50 mô hình cửa hàng được thiết kế bởi nhà thiết kế nổi tiếng quốc tế. Đồng thời, chúng tôi còn có nhà máy đặt tại Huệ Châu, Quảng Đông, với diện tích 43.000 mét vuông, 300 kỹ thuật viên sản xuất và 20 nhà thiết kế, được tổ chức theo hệ thống 2 dây chuyền sản xuất, kết hợp với toàn bộ cơ sở vật chất và máy móc nhập khẩu.
