Legal Role Responsibilities - Provide legal review and advices on commercial contracts, employment contracts in accordance with local laws and the Company' rules and regulations. - Knows, understands and supports the definition, implementation and dissemination of the Company's principles, processes, guidelines and work instructions. - Stay informed about legal context and business consequences of General Terms and Conditions various units attach to commercial contracts, review them for improvement. - Prepare and or work closely with Law Firm on application documents for commercial registration, items to be changed, added, or deleted and file with the Regional Legal Affairs Bureau via judicial scrivener. - Works closely with Country Manager and Regional Officer Legal. Proactively seeks coordination with other areas of expertise, when necessary, if the legal issues go beyond your expertise. - Conduct legal update workshop and or training periodically to all colleagues. 2. HR Role Responsibilities - Provide centralized HR services along the employee lifecycle in high quality and efficiency with focus on HR administration and employee data management. - Create and administer employment contract process including probationary contract for new hires, renewal contracts and contract termination. - Prepare monthly payroll and related benefit compensations to employees, including internal TRV and outsourcing employment. - Provide HR reports, advanced analytics and ad hoc reporting services in employee data management, employee leave management, payroll and insurances to requestor and collecting further data if needed. - Drive local recruiting process for certain job levels in terms of performing personal interviews. - Support in learning and development activities e.g. induction training to new hires and training administration, training report if needed.Yêu Cầu Công Việc At least 5 years' working experiences in related functions. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. • Motivational, strong communication and high customer services skills. • Multitasking skills, attention to detail and can-do attitude. • Problem solving skills; creativity, eager to learn and change management skills. • High teamwork spirit and ability to work independently with less supervision. • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels - a hands on team player.Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm
