Actively handle full-cycle of recruitment process. Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face-to-face interviews online/offine from junior to senior positions and support all parties concerned with the assessment. Be responsible for sourcing and developing a qualified and available candidate pool to meet manpower demands. Partner closely with hiring managers and their teams to deeply understand current/future hiring needs and drive a fast and efficient full-lifecycle interview process from sourcing through on-site interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities. Identify suitable recruitment channels and design appropriate advertisements. Support line manager to organize employer branding project in order to attract high volume of candidates Conduct On-Boarding for new employees.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Laws or related field; At least 2 years of experience in internal recruitment. Candidate with experience in Finance/Banking/Credit or mass recruitment is a plus; Experience in sales, services, banking, finance, insurance field is a plus Good networking & interpersonal skills; Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
