1. C&B: Handle monthly timesheet, record annual leave, overtime and day off in lieu Calculate and process the monthly payroll/incentive payment on time and accuracy. Conduct and monitor works of SHUI, Health insurance, Accident insurance Calculate and make finalization of Personal Income Tax for all employees (register PIT code, Dependents) Manage and update employee database, handle Labor Contract Prepare and timely process required reports on the labor status to DOLISA, PIT report and any other labor/Social Insurance related periodic reports as required by the law. Operate and manage HRM system. 2. Recruitment: Assist in recruiting for positions as Back Office (BO) and interns Organize, maintain and update candidate databases. Schedule interview, assign technical test, prepare candidate assessment form, etc. 3. Organizational Development: Manage and update the organizational chart, title system the company according to the company's strategy. Assist in updating the functions and tasks of Units/Departments. Review, and propose improvements in processes, procedures, and policies of the Company and HR Department in compliance with government laws. 4. Others: Support training activities of cooperation. Assist conceptualize, build and organize internal events and collective activities to create cohesion in the team. Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding. Make relevant reports and other tasks assigned by HRM.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent. At least 2 year of experience as C&B Executive or HR Generalist. Experience in HRM system.
