- Advise the Board of Directors and all departments on legal issues related to the company's business operations.
- Research laws, decrees, circulars, etc. related to the Company's field of operation;
- Draft and review contracts, support the drafting of other documents serving the Company's operations. Control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company.
- Manage and handle legal disputes:
+ Support the resolution of disputes arising during the business process, including disputes with customers, suppliers, business partners and employees.
+ Coordinate with outside lawyers in litigation or complex legal issues.
- Resolve issues related to licenses, inspections, audits and other administrative procedures.
- Support or represent the company in working with state management agencies when problems arise.
- Make reports related to administrative and human resource management
- Monitor, manage and update employee and expats record
- Store, manage and arrange contracts, documents, legal records of the Company, employee records and documents arising during the working process
- Responsible for handling documents for foreigners (visa, temporary residence card, work permit, etc.)
- Other assigned tasks.
