- Handle documentation for import-export shipments
- Liaise with FWD, Customs agents to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods
- Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules and booking arrangements
- Assist with HS code classification & import export licenses, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, trade laws and company policies
- Track and update shipment status, providing timely report to management
- Any tasks required by managers
