Responsibilities:
You will be trained to:
Work with external vendors to have office supplies and other office management stuff
Coordinate with the Engagement team to plan & organize events and other internal activities
Welcome all visitors and new comers
Arrange accommodation and transportation for business trips of employees and clients.
Prepare equipment for employees
Prepare payment records for internal expenses
Do other administrative tasks
You will be trained to:
