How You Will Make An Impact In This Role
As a User Growth Associate/AM (Drop-off Optimization) at Trusting Social, you will be a dynamic person who will drive our online channel strategies, focusing on converting drop-off leads into active credit card users (TPBank EVO Credit card). This role requires a sales-oriented individual who deeply understands the digital user journey. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of timing and messaging to effectively engage and convert users.
What you will do
Lead Conversion Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to convert drop-off leads into active credit card users.
Utilize telesales vendors and automated tools to engage potential customers.
Digital User Journey Optimization:
Analyze user journeys to identify drop-off points and opportunities for engagement.
Design and implement targeted campaigns to reengage users at critical touchpoints.
Sales and Engagement:
Collaborate with telesales teams of vendors to ensure effective communication and conversion techniques.
Collaborate with AGI Product Team to develop AI-driven tools and features to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Promotional Campaigns:
Design promotions and incentives to encourage credit card sign-ups.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, marketing, and data analytics teams to align growth strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
What you will need to have
2+ years of experience in user growth, digital marketing, or sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of the digital user journey and B2B2C models.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a sales-oriented mindset; Good teamwork skills, stakeholder management, progressive, dedicated and result-oriented.
Experience with telesales operations and automated engagement tools is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights; creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with AI-driven engagement tools is a plus.
Embraces change and adapts to new initiatives/directions with flexibility.
