TASKS CLARIFYING
• Equipment Rentals:
+ Respond positively and politely to guest requests for equipment rentals.
+ Determine if the guest is required to pay a fee or deposit as per hotel policy.
+ Record the equipment details (name, room number, rental date) in the equipment log and issue a rental receipt signed by the guest.
+ Place the rental receipt in the guest's file at the front desk for reference when the guest returns the equipment upon checkout.
• IT and Technical Support:
+ Provide proactive support to guests with IT issues or equipment malfunctions (e.g., Wi-Fi connectivity).
+ Provide Wi-Fi passwords upon request.
+ Maintain a supply of adapters and power cords for guest use.
+ Have a list of local IT specialists on hand for when expert assistance is required.
• Tourism Support:
+ Maintain a collection of tourism brochures at the front desk.
+ Provide recommendations on local attractions and destinations.
+ Offer information on tours and assist with bookings.
+ Assist guests with luggage and remind them to bring essential items (passport, sunscreen, etc.).
• Transportation Arrangements:
+ Carry out inspection, maintenance and servicing of cars and buggies.
+ Establish a network of reputable taxi drivers who are friendly to tourists.
+ Confirm the destination with the taxi driver and agree on a fare in advance if not metered.
+ Contact reliable car rental companies if guests request a rental car.
+ Suggest reputable motorcycle or scooter rental companies.
+ Ensure access to flight booking platforms and have contact information for airlines.
+ Track flights, receive bookings and book cars.
• Mail and Parcel Handling:
+ Verify if the guest is currently staying or will be staying at the hotel.
+ Store mail and parcels in a secure location to prevent loss.
+ Notify the guest of incoming mail or parcels.
+ Verify the guest's identity before handing over mail or parcels.
+ Discard all notifications once the guest has received their mail.
+ Forward mail to the guest if they have already checked out and note this in the log.
• Alarm Clock Services:
+ Record the guest's requested wake-up time in the designated area.
+ Confirm the guest's name, time, and room number to verify details.
+ Set the alarm for the guest in the system.
+ Call the guest at the requested time if using a manual alarm system or forward the request to the switchboard.
• Responsible for checking monthly fuel reports.
• Daily check luggage management and lobby areas to ensure standards, maintenance reports to handle to meet standards.
• Open purchase order, urge order to arrive in time to serve operation.
• Report on external car rental debt and make monthly records.
• Receive information from the Department of Transportation and disseminate department regulations.
• Sign to monitor incidents or speeding of the fleet to have sanctions to handle according to hotel regulations.
• Link maintenance and repair services to make reasonable maintenance and repair decisions.
• Support Receptionist when needed.
• Stays current with developments in the Resort, services and area attractions and Promote the Radisson Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
• Attends any training programs as directed or requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Graduating from high school and higher.
• Priority is given to candidates with 01 or more years of experience in the same position.
• Foreign languages: fluent English communication.
• Computer: office information technology.
• Other skills: communication, problem solving, handling customer complaints.
• Characteristics: good health, honesty, enthusiasm, support, creativity in work, responsibility.
• Knowledge: Have good knowledge of basic resort, hotel and restaurant products and services.
