- Receiving and handling complaints: Respond to emails or in-app chats related to service policy issues, such as promotions, technical issues, etc., and provide responses based on provided guidelines.
- Escalating complex cases: For complaints or difficult situations, forward them to the relevant department or higher authority for further handling.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Minimum high school graduate.
- Skills: Good proficiency in English (spoken and written), typing skills
- Personal traits: Passionate about customer service, responsible in delivering customer support, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Candidates who can work night shifts will be prioritized.

- Monthly income: 8,000,000 VND + KPI max 1,500,000 VND.

*Shift rotation:One day off per week, with the option to choose the rest day.
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (90-minute break).
- Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (60-minute break).
